Veteran Leadership Course Application

 

Vantage Point Foundation (VPF) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization based in Charleston, SC. Its mission is to guide and support post-9/11 veterans and families on a new path towards healing and civilian success. VPF serves military veterans across the state of South Carolina with a Six Month Transition Program designed to facilitate personal growth, connection with the community, and bearing on a new path forward. The program consists of two phases; the first phase is the Veteran Leadership Course is conducted in an immersive retreat setting. This phase is designed to cultivate a sense of purpose and increase well-being. The second phase, the Support Continuum, is where the real work begins. In this phase, veterans identify and pursue significant personal and professional goals with the backing of local mentors, VPF clinical support staff (RNs & Social Workers), and the robust VPF state-wide network.
